Cancellation Policy

PointeForward Ballet – Subscription Terms & Conditions 1. Enrolment & Payment By enrolling your child in PointeForward Ballet classes, you agree to pay the full subscription fee for either the selected term or full year, as chosen during registration. Payment must be received by the specified deadline of no later than three business days prior to commencement of your selected plan, to ensure your child’s place. Late payments may result in forfeiture of the spot and refund as per our policy. 2. Trial Lesson All students are entitled to one free trial lesson to commence on the first week of the academic year. Dates are subject to change, please consult the website. Subsequent attendance confirms acceptance of these terms. 3. Attendance & Conduct Regular attendance is encouraged for progress. Parents and students agree to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and other students. We reserve the right to withdraw a student for misconduct or disruptive behaviour without refund. 4. Health & Safety Parents confirm their child is medically fit to participate. PointeForward Ballet is not liable for injuries sustained during classes unless caused by negligence. 5. Cancellation & Refunds Tuition plans are non-refundable except where we cancel a class. Should you need to withdraw, please provide written notice at least 7 days in advance. No refunds will be given for withdrawals or missed classes. 6. Photo & Video Consent Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Consent will be sought separately; refusal will not affect participation. (please see media consent on billing page). 7. Data Protection Personal data collected will be used solely for class administration and communication, in line with GDPR. 8. Liability PointeForward Ballet accepts no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged on premises. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms with notice to parents.
